Upto June 12th

• Learned to use SVN
• Read up on Latex and got familiar with it.
• Have to check with Andrew about checking into SVN.
• Have written up a small documentation on Emacs. Have to check it in this weekend after further editing.
• Prepared a small Doc to set up and use the lab printer. Have to check it in over the weekend.
• Read the code and getting familiar with the code. Reading up a bit on axis-2 and javascript.
• Worked on graphviz with savithri.

Week 4

• Obtained access to a remote machine running Windows Server 2003 from Lizhe.
• Installed all the softwares like Tomcat, PostgreSql, etc and downloaded the Molst code.
• Tried to setup the eMolst service in Tomcat but failed.
• Spoke to Prof. Gregor and he asked me to setup a new system with Windows Server 2008.

Week 5

• Downloaded and installed Windows Server 2008 on an IMac system.
• Installed various drivers and still looking for drivers.
• Downloaded the Molst code.
• Installed Apache Tomcat 6.
• Installed PosrgreSQL 8.4.

Week 6

• Installed Apache Axis2
• Ran the database script and got the schema and tables installed in PostgreSQL.
• Finally got the eMolst webservice running in Tomcat.
• The eMolst application is running and I am currently testing it and understanding the flow of the application.
• Created some user accounts - Doctor and patient.
• Some errors are being thrown and I am making a note of them.
