Biography

 

Andrew Pangborn is a graduate student at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently enrolled in the BS/MS dual-degree in the department of Computer Engineering. Andrew joined the Cyberinfrastructure lab @ RIT in the winter of 2008-2009 and has been working on the biostatistics project - a joint project between RIT and the University of Rochester accelerating data clustering algorithms for flow cytometry data using CUDA.
